Other then the nurse I had being so nice to me ,I had the worst experience here.. I went in last night about 6.. and didn't get seen till 7:30 then when I got to my room they didn't do anything for me until 9.. then when they finally got me urine sample they didn't come back till 10:30. Telling me they didn't find anything and that they couldn't do anything else for me... I didn't leave the hospital till about 11:30. And I got home around 12. I had to walk home in so much pain! I was treated with the up most respect...From Laura in triage to Brenda my nurse and we can't forget Jansen the PA...even though they were busy and I'm an employee they gave me the best care...keep up the great work...
Needs better food options than just diet drinks and unsweetened tea.
They need to connect your medical and other information on that wonderful computer system they have so you don't have to repeat all the info to every nurse and every doctor and every other person that comes into to your room to ask you the same info over again. It is very frustrating for the patient and especially if they are very ill or in pain.
Other than the nurse in ER it's ok I told her put no cup on my arm but she didn't and the upper arm was black and blue from the pressure cup .Even husband told her to take it off.
