My Honda Accord was serviced yesterday. All personnel that I dealt with were professional and pleasant and the service was complete before the estimated time. I have found this to be true all 30 years that I have been using the Fisher Honda service department.

I purchased a new Kia Sorento from Fisher Kia a few days ago. Mitch Davis was a gentle but informative salesman. It had been thirteen years since I purchased a new car, so to be honest I was quite apprehensive . The old vision of the salesmen flocking to your car the minute you got out , just to make a deal was haunting me . Mitch was patient, not pushy, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him. My buying experience at Fisher Kia was very pleasant and I'm loving my new Sorento.
The staff is outstanding!! I am always treated with the utmost respect. They never do the minimum.The staff is always asking what can be done to help me beyond for what service I scheduled. I have absolutely no complaint!! If I needed to invent something it would be….."Hot Chocolate fellas….Hot Chocolate. We all don't drink coffee and tea!! :-)"
They get people in the dealership by advertising bogus prices on their website. Unfortunately I drove an hour to find this out. Ridiculous.

Just purchased a new Kia Soul from these guys. I just love it! Originally went in to look at used cars, and Doc over on the Honda side was fantastic. Helpful, friendly, and never pushy or overbearing. When he was unable to help me find the right car for my needs, he referred me over to Paul on the Kia side of the dealership. The service department was great! Very helpful and easily explained what needed to be fixed with my car. They were pretty accurate regarding the time it would take to service my car. Now my car is running great and getting the best mileage I've ever gotten!
Had a 60,000 mile service needed on my Kia Sportage and Chad Everett took care of everything. iI always enfoy getting my car serviced there. They are friendly and knowledgeable.
