Had a great experience buying a CRV with Honda Fisher. Was able to test drive alone with a lot less pressure to buy compared to other dealerships who pushed even though though I stated I had to wait to hear from insurance that my other vehicle was totaled. Eventually went through the purchase with Shawn Bowers who helped me return my rental, find a color option I liked, and got through the sales process as quickly as possible. Over great experience.

Buyer Beware - I was an extremely satisfied, return customer when I purchased my Honda Odyssey 6 years ago. To that point, I had never purchased an extended warranty before. Fisher's Finance Manager highly recommended/ pressured me and promised that if I didn't use the warranty, I would get all my money back. Based on the promise I couldn't loose, I agreed to spend the $1,500. When the warranty was finished and I sent the request for the refund, my letter was returned. Wow! I cannot express how easy it was to bring my car into Fisher and have them take care of it! I was pretty traumatized and a mess when I brought my car in and Melissa Johnson took care of everything for me! I walked in and she was organized, well prepared and made things as easy as possible for me! I also have never had anyone in this industry take a second to actually care about me and take time to get to know me! My experience was great. I worked with Phil Robinson (asst. sales manager) and he was very professional,congenial, fair, personable and an all around great guy. I've had many dealings with car sales people in my 74 years and this was the first time time I can honestly say I enjoyed the experience. Phil took the time to explain the many safety features of my Optima SX. This is the best car I've ever driven.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I trusted my son buying a vehicle from them because they were a dealer! My son purchased a 6000 vehicle that was supposed to be safety inspected and a great value.. 3 weeks later we have put 8000 into this vehicle and its in the shop again! -Unreal! Transmission issues, fuel pump, burnt electrical system.. On and on.. Yes they refunded 1500 big deal. They should have fixed our "safe " vehicle. Save yourself from making the same mistake and go somewhere else!-Lorri Hallenbeck

Great service, very professional, very helpful, the driving service (while my car was in the shop) was great. It's a little expensive but the hassle-free experience is also very valuable.
