I'm sitting here waiting for 3-1/2 hours now for an oil change that I made an appointment for. Unacceptable. I'll be looking for a new dealership to go to.
Anthony was excellent, he answered all of our questions and took the time where as other dealerships did not. Anthony took the time even on his day off to call and tell me they just got a new trade in. He met me at the dealership and went over everything. We were in looking around while getting service on our Optima and saw this nice looking Soul. Jeremiah Clark help answer some questions the first day. Then my husband just could not get that out of his mind and Jeremiah helped us with the the rest of the transaction. Everything went very smooth. Very horrible people! One of them grabbed my wife's butt and called her a "sexy piece of meat"!!! Very bad experience... Didn't even look at the cars.
I have a Kia Sorrento and it's a great car, actually this is my second and bought this one at Fisher. The sales person is not longer there but that would not stop me from buying a vehicle from them again. I take my car back for service and they always take good car of my car. This is a great dealership, customer service is very important! It's very refreshing!!
