Our Lake Mary location offers a sushi bar creating the freshest and most uniquely presented sushi anywhere. Our distinctive menu features steaks which are USDA Prime and Choice corn-fed beef, aged four to six weeks on the premises and hand-cut daily by the managers. To satisfy all appetites, FishBones' menu also offers grilled T-bone lamb chops, orange duck and flame broiled chicken.

Always a great happy hour ... and you never know who you will "ran" into !!!
This is our go to place for happy hour. Great drinks and great food. Servers sometimes seem overwhelmed and drinks and food don't always come out fast BUT it never gets in the way of having a great time. Try the double spicy tuna sushi roll, calamari and macadamia nut chicken tenders.
FishBones-Lake Mary has been one of our top 5 restaurants we frequently have dinner at on a monthly basis. The abviance & Service is very comforting and the food is always provided exceptionally delicious ! My wife and I travel from Orlando to have dinner and enjoy the travel passing over lake Jessip on the 417 bridge to get to and from FishBones-Lake Mary.
Second time there in a month. The first time a disaster. Meals forgotten, drinks not right, and not a care from the wait staff. So I figured we would try again. Even worse. Trying to get a drink was like pulling teeth and the food was brought to the table cold. The manager did come over and had are meals remade. He discounted our check but it still didn't help the fact it was twice in a row. The food is really good it's just the service isn't.
