Our Lake Mary location offers a sushi bar creating the freshest and most uniquely presented sushi anywhere. Our distinctive menu features steaks which are USDA Prime and Choice corn-fed beef, aged four to six weeks on the premises and hand-cut daily by the managers. To satisfy all appetites, FishBones' menu also offers grilled T-bone lamb chops, orange duck and flame broiled chicken.

Had reservations for 7:00, waited an hour, ended up leaving. For the price of the food, I would expect much better�
