Our Lake Mary location offers a sushi bar creating the freshest and most uniquely presented sushi anywhere. Our distinctive menu features steaks which are USDA Prime and Choice corn-fed beef, aged four to six weeks on the premises and hand-cut daily by the managers. To satisfy all appetites, FishBones' menu also offers grilled T-bone lamb chops, orange duck and flame broiled chicken.

So disappointed after the raves. Medium Well steak was raw in the center. Salad had no taste and was so overdressed it was just unappetizing , twice baked potato was slathered with cheese whiz and the broccoli side appeared to be from a Charlie Brown xmas special with no taste. Sea Bass was delicious. The set up for it was unremarkable. Manager tried to make it right, but for a similar price I will be at Ruth's Chris EVERY time.
Hubby and I chose Fishbones to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary and as usual, the service was above and beyond and the food was excellent. Thank you to to our server, Guy, and to the manager who brought us a treat before our appetizers came out, for making our special night even more special. ❤❤❤

AMAZING!!! The Filet Mignon melted in your mouth! The Dang-Bang shrimp was scrumptious! And my husband died over the twice-baked, cheddar-jalapeño potato! Everything was wonderful! And our amazing waiter made the night so enjoyable!!! We will be back!
