I never write negative reviews but I am extremely disappointed with the care that my husband received at their facility. For a simple contact lense exams, he ended up needing 5 different appointments between May and August. (He works in Botkins, so this was day everytime we went). We then had to wait almost two months for his lenses to actually come in (which I understand may not be 100% their fault). However, the communication was not great.
