I highly recommend this company!!! My furnace had gone out a few days before Thanksgiving, but not knowing of Fischer Heating and Air, I called another company. They came out and got it running. It went out again on Black Friday. I called them again, and they came and put in a universal part. It worked for two weeks, and then just stopped working. Had the air go out yesterday. Our usual place couldn't see us until Friday; this was Monday. Called John at 630pm. They were here the next morning. Called at 1022 to say they were on their way. Called me at 1053 to tell me what the problem was (I was at an apt), told us the price and that they had the part with them. At 1131, they called and said they were all done. Knights in Shining White Vans, I own a business and our air conditioner went out on a Friday, my normal Heating and Cooling company said that they were booked a week out. I called Fisher and they were out within the half hour after they did some phone diagnostics. We ruled all of the easy fixes out and sure enough, needed the Flux Cop. changed. We are back up and running in no time. Thank you, you earned a new customer!!!

John was extremely friendly and right off the bat tried to help me over the phone before he even thought it was necessary for him to come over. He talked to me through what was wrong and was really prompt and honest, great guy and I'll call on him again the next time something comes up!
