FirstLight Home Care provided services for my mom while she was staying with my sister and brother in law, and I am so grateful for the service they provided. The caregivers were reliable, and helpful and the office staff was friendly and always responsive. The caregivers motivated my mom to walk and helped her with her physical therapy exercises. Thank you FirstLight for taking great care of my mom!
They were good in the beginning but kept sending different caretakers which meant me having to train them. I had to discontinue the service when they became undependable and cancelled minutes before they were expected. I am so much happier with the replacement service.
