If you come for an emergency and u know and they know and see that u have an emergency but still put u out in the waiting room and continue to take sick patients instead of a person possible seizure or stroke that my friend is really sad. I don't know what the hell happened to the hospital. Not what I remember when we first came here.

I'm completely discussed..yor emergency room saff should all e fired except maybe 2 nurses. Myom was in the waiting room for 6 hours. Th triage nurse told ershed b seen by morning if hd sit-down..than after sh get in the room with hr blod pressure I stroke territory didn't even get aheart montor... she has fluid around her heart. Once you get upstairs your fine..I calling the news

Receptionist named Julie was very rude and unprofessional every time I saw her , I will spend my $$$ where they are respectful !!! I know of 10 people who left there due to this one woman !! Emily Phillips was Amazing , I miss her though !!!
This hospitals ER is terrible and the staff also! We waited over 6 hours in the waiting lobby to be seen. The doctor and most of the nursing staff are rude, uncaring and treat patients like it's an inconvenience to them. My niece was seen not treated for why her doctor told her to go there, we then went to UNC an hour and a half drive. My niece was then treated and hospitalized at UNC FOR A STROKE AND BLOOD POOLING ON HER OCCIPITAL PART OF HER BRAIN!
