This ER needs an overhaul. We have been here over 5 hours. I read the comment about people coming to the ER for things they could go to their primary care for. That would be an option except Obamacare took that option away for most. Not to mention the poor little 4 year old with a high fever and/or earache in the middle of the night who can't wait. I am a nurse. I know the drill. This is an embarrassment.

I was discharged from the neurological unit (2NU) today October 7th and I was very pleased with the care that I received however i would like to make a suggestion from a patient's point of view about my check in experience. I am a small framed woman with very tiny veins.
