You walk in, they take you back. It's the quickest most painless appointment ever. They care, listen and answer every question. I have had minor and major issues and trust them 100%. Dr Bell, Dr Roa, Jennifer Leanheart NPR and so many more.
Everything was a mystery the minute I walked in the door. Took an act of Congress to even get answers. After being continuously told there was no insurance, they continued to try to set appointments. When they actually heard me say no insurance, they didn’t know how to act and They didn’t want to treat my condition once they learned I didn’t have insurance. I was a patient at Baptist Health when I was referred to Dr. Eifler. He took the time and explained everything to me. When I had to have a cystoscope he took the time to speak with my mother who is at a hospital in TN with my Dad. He is very professional. I know I am in good hands.
Great doctors but the billing an perp department manager Debbieis very unprofessional they called with my benefits an what I was told was false ended up owing 600.00 which I shouldn't be paying
