Terrible staff: incorrect name on my records and when I didn't respond when they called someone else's name, they said "well that's your name today." When I told them I needed a few minutes while I finished paperwork before I did my urine sample one of the staff brought in a catheter and said "if you don't give us a sample we'll have to catheter you". No, I wouldn't reccomend this place. I been calling for a month, leaving voicemails and never received a call back. I will be looking elsewhere, meanwhile letting everyone I know how this place works.

I have been a patient here for over 25 years my husband goes here too I trust these drs very much
we had previously had IVF treatment in Texas && had moved to Kentucky. My fertility doctor Dr. Krause lead us to Dr. Schrepferman!! we are SO blessed and thankful for him. In Texas we had never been offered any other way to retrieve my husbands sperm other than TESE && had to do IVF. He had dealt with paraplegics before and found a much less invasive way to retrieve.
