They keep taking down my review on ******, how can they be able to pick what reviews are shown to the public? This is not right the public needs to know the truth
It's been 5 weeks and 5 emails but not one acknowledgement or response from FTH. Even the General Manager doesn't seem to care about it. Have not received my plates yet, tried to follow up many times but no response from anyone. I'm seriously thinking if I should take my van to that dealer for service. Would highly NOT recommend this dealer to any of my friends or colleagues.

I purchased a Honda Pilot Elite as a company vehicle. The driver seat is very uncomfortable. Upon sharing my concerns with the dealership, I was told that perhaps I am "sensitive". I have had others drive the vehicle since and no I am not losing my mind. There is a manufacturer defect in the seat. You know car dealerships are known for treating women badl but this dealership takes it to a whole new level. Also we're in a pandemic, they aren't keeping social distancing or wearing masks. Austin is in stage 5 of covid and they're making no effort to keep customers safe or implacable or employees. My 2019 Accord was due for a fuel pump recall (NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V215000), so I took it in to First Texas Honda and they completed a “remedy” by replacing it. 2 weeks later, I drove my car for the first slightly longer trip of 100 miles at night, and the car lost its power on the highway. Nightmare experience! I was struggling with financial difficulties facing a $25000 surgery after I had bought my Tesla. I wanted to sell it. One guy at First Texas Honda said he will help me. After test driving the accord, I did not want to trade in my Tesla. But this guy forced me and tortured me into doing the trade. They swindled a disabled vet out of 2 cars. Their employee did my paperwork completely wrong and 2 months later, once they found the problem out, they just told me sorry a hundred times, can't give me my trade-in back, and physically took my new car away from me. Horrible business practices and they tried to convince me it was my fault. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
