Workers eat lunch and throw their trash in the street. I come home to find workers laying in my yard, sitting on my steps. Construction crews never pick up behind themselves daily and I constantly find myself picking up nails, lunch plates, drink cans and construction material flying in my yard, from the neighboring Iots. I've spoken with several people to correct this issue but obviously it falls on deaf ears. These are pictures on Pond Springs, this has been going on for about 3 months now.
I’ve held off on leaving a review for a few months now hoping that things could and would get better. It kind of makes you regret purchasing here when your simple concerns/complaints can’t be addressed. Amongst a myriad of issues here in this community, I don’t understand why when you call the office about something they don’t feel it’s their job to handle things that literally have nothing to do with the HOA.
