I had a situation arise with my family and could not make a full payment. I called and spoke with a very nice young lady on 1/26 who said she would make a note on when I could pay the other half. Well today 2/6, I was called by someone who now has my account, she chewed me out and questioned why I had no made my other payment because it was passed due. After having issues with my past financial situations it was hard getting financed for a car, I got approved with First Texas Auto Credit. It was easy terms and low payments and I am thankful. Brenda Rosas,SR ACCT MNGR was very helpful on the welcoming committee and she thoroughly assisted me about my loan and also took just a few minutes to change my loan due date, I appreciate her offering to change the date to correspond with my monthly pay. I have been with the company for almost a year. I was asking for an extension of 18 days due to some personal issues. Yes I know it is 18 days but the way I was spoke to by Elizabeth was very very unprofessional. Since I didn't call on my due date or before my due date they were unwilling to work with me. Late fees are not a problem, and they wouldn't even accept partial payment. Sad company and a way of doing business. After totaling my car, I was having trouble getting financed until it was completely off my credit. Thankfully the AWESOME peeps at FTAC worked w ford and I had my new car in no time at all. Great service and local! A+
