I spoke to Rachel just a few minutes ago regarding a billing question, and like everyone I talk to at First Texas Auto Credit, she was very helpful and understanding. My business with them is about helping me with my auto financing needs and also to build my credit. They are very encouraging and supportive, commenting on my success at being halfway through paying off my loan. Communication is great, and Rachel did this in a very nonjudgmental, professional way. I highly recommend First Texas Auto Credit for auto financing.

When I first got my auto loan with this company I was told we don't give extension on payments we don't change payment due dates and at one point I was going to be a day late paying my car insurance and was told I needed to turn in my car so needless to say I was afraid to call this time around because I didn't know how I was going to make both my car note and the insurance both due on the same day but I spoke with the best customer service rep Rachel W****** and she really did her thang and I'm so thankful she was able to h... read more

First Texas Auto Credit is a great company, I would reccomand this to my family and friends. Brenda was my case worker and she was so so helpful and provided me with the info I needed to get things done in a timely manner and helped me with all my questions and concerns. First Texas gave me a second chance on getting a car and to help build my credit with a recent repo on my account. They are GREAT!!!!
