I have been with first texas auto credit for almost 3 years now and Rachel has always been able to professionally advise me on every transaction. We need more Rachel's. Very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. My transactions have always been made easy and understandable. Thankyou Rachel. I look forward to doing business with you in years to come.
If your only point of contact is via email, they won't communicate with you. They totally ignored you and won't reply back. I'm currently working overnight and not able to communicate throughout the day. I have also ask to have my account portal unlocked, to give me the balance up to date and here recently in Dec of 2019, I ask to hold back on payments due to the shortage of funds. Both payments were process which put in the negative for the whole month plus fees. They don't provide monthly statements or a payment booklet. I... read more

I reached out to Mrs. ********* because at first we did not know who the complaint was coming from. (Below is the email chain.) As of this response, we still do not have an understanding as to the complaint because the customer requested us to stop her ACH payment on Jan 14, for the Jan 20 payment. In addition, we've made no contact to customer in several months due to her bankruptcy plan and no payments have been received since Dec 25, 2019. We tried to resolve this complaint but we are getting no cooperation from Mrs. ****... read more

Let me share my experience with First Texas Auto and Shereace Holmes. One word. Outstanding, Wonderful, Super, Fantastic! Ok that's more than one word but you get it, lol. Shereace is a very nice person who took care all my questions and concerns throughout my loan period. She is very easy to talk to and very professional. She always returned my calls and would offer help for me if I needed. Shereace is a class act and I would recommend all to make her and her team your choice for your auto loan lender. Thank you Shereace!!
Business response:
Mr. ****** Thank you for the great review about the service Shereace provided you. We truly care about our customers and feel blessed when we get nice reviews like yours. Thank you again for the wonderful comments.
I made an arrangement with this company regarding a loan. The loan was restructured, despite the opportunity for me to completely sever ties with the loan. Over the course of a year I've made twice the amount of required payments on the loan, and as I come up to my last payment, this company is playing hardball on the agreement and making attempts to not honor the agreement. This is egregious. I've made an arrangement with this company on a vehicle which is only 80 percent of the value of the arrangement. I made this arran... read more
Business response:
Mr. Lewis, Thank for taking the time to discuss your loan. As you requested, I spoke with your bankruptcy attorney Mr. David ****** and he confirmed you owe the $5,000 plus interest based on the reaffirmation agreement. Now that you have stopped payment on your last payment, you still owe it plus the remaining interest for a total of $1,203.29. We apologize that you are confused on this issue but hope you resolve it based on the reaffirmation agreement you signed in November 2017.
I was holding out too..... LOL..... (insider) So Ms. Shereace was the boost of confidence and reminder to keep pushing that I had lost a short time before she became my account manager. Prior to her the account manager I had was on the whole "Your payments due. We don't do grace periods or payment arrangements past 5 days. Pay or get repo'd" thing. The last two and a half or so years have been a battle for me, one I was losing. I had given up on my car among other things, and Shereace said.......... "Uh no ma'am, what's the ... read more
