You could not find a better group of people. FSB Is CUSTOMER service driven. They care, actually care. I can’t imagine banking anywhere else.
This is the only bank I use . Love the people that work there. Staff is very friendly, They are always ready to help . Debra and Connie always go out of there way to help.
Best bank in the area. I had problems with the old GNB bank checking account and switched to First State Bank and never regretted it. I've had several mortgage loans, car loans etc. I love the reward checking and the Muenster Branch has always helped me with good advice for my business. Special accolades to Vp of muenster branch Allen Fleitman. Will be with them for life.
