Terrible customer service. Not up to date on literally anything.
Their customer service is terrible. As a bank they are not up to date as the major banks. They will nickel and dime you on fees to just do things the regular banks don’t charge for. Oh and that direct deposit, you won’t see that until mid-day on the day you are set to receive it.
Customer Service is terrible. Was getting a 401k loan, and they REFUSED to interface with the 401k company over a 4000.00 transaction. Obviously. my piddly 4000 isn't worth their effort. Direct Deposits sit for a day and then they can't even update your balance in timely manner.
Will not ever use again. Too many politics. I pulled all my funds out and has been happy ever since.
RecommendedFriendly and helpful people ready to help. Also a great place to work.
