Worst bank ever!!! They have so many fees for things other banks do for free.

once again customer service on Highway 82 in Gainesville the huntress fixed my phone when the computer shut off online banking when I check tonight everything was fine I guess the computer had to play catch-up Christmas and holidays is very busy for the computer. thank you once again for Superior Service and you have a loyal customer forever! The BEST bank in TEXAS. The newest facility in Gainesville is BEAUTIFUL.
FSB needs to improve their after hours service. My card was blocked and they were not able to unblock it or tell me why it was blocked, only that the people that handle it were already gone. First time I called the lady told me they were having an internal error and to call back and it should be fixed. Second guy said he was sorry that I was given incorrect info. I am out of town and have no working card. really disappointed and will be switching to a reliable bank.

We had the joy of working with Carla Sherman. She was able to make our close quick and gave us a great rate. She’s awesome at what she does and we are forever grateful for the amazing job she did. We can not recommend her enough!!
