I just closed on my land loan with the Roanoke Branch of First State Bank. It was, hands down the best, stress free, pleasant experience I have ever had banking. Laura and Brittany were so helpful and kind, they make you feel like you have known them forever. They are always available by phone or in person and response time to emails were super fast. Thank you so much for the staff at this bank, they all deserve a round of applause!!
