One of the first things I did when I moved to Texas 13 years ago was open an account with First State Bank. Best decision I ever made.
Rayzor Ranch is a very lovely branch. The people are so nice!
Only giving three stars because of small e-doc and transaction history they make available to pull up, and unusually high number of password changing! My other banks here in OK, they allow you to pull up enough history to satisfy an audit from IRS and have only had to change pw once in many years on one, the other twice. First State seems about twice a year.
Gainesville Branch: We have a charge on our Visa Debit card that was issued through this bank for $1,446.00. That they will not allow us to dispute the charge even though this is for a SERVICE THAT WAS NEVER RENDERED!!!!! Since when do they get to not even allow you to dispute credit card charges?
