Our entire experience with Dave was great. Communication was great from initial contact to delivery of inspection report. Dave was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything in language that was easy for us to understand. He was extremely thorough in his inspection. The report is very easy to interpret and detailed with pictures that are easy to identify the issue. We are very satisfied with our experience and the service he provided. Would highly recommend!

First Source Home Inspections has been wonderful! As a first time home buyer, time was taken to walk me through all concerns and any and all questions I had were answered.
