I would love to speak to the owner claiming this lab is "First Quality". The communication and logistics of the business are terrible. I gave them 1 patient to draw on a steady schedule and they still have NOT been able to do it once without me calling them to ask what the problem is each day because their "techs" just don't show up to the patients house. Just awful service. I won't be referring patients anymore.
FQL is a warm, friendly environment. The staff here is always helpful and ease any nerves one might have towards blood exams getting done, especially with such skilled phlebotomists. I’ve been one that has always been scared of getting my blood drawn, because they never seem to quite get my vein, but here it wasn’t even a challenge for them. Any time I’ve had questions about what a value on my exams may mean, the technologist is always kind enough to explain them directly and refer me back to my primary healthcare physician.... read more
My visit today 9/2/2020 3.30 pm. I want to warning everyone from this Place, You will feel un comfortable, it is unsafe place to do a blood work, starting from front disk not warning a mask don’t respect the distance. The room where they draw your blood is not clean, has left over COVID test strip. When I asked them they left the room so I took some picture and when they brought the lap manager, she was argumental very rude.
