Today I went to the bank to cash in all the quarters that I have accumulated over that last 6 months. I was giving this extra money to my son. Anyway last night he got excited so we counted them. 69.00 was the total. Today I went to cash them in and added the ones in my car. Total now is 74.00. When I arrived the teller took them and dumped them into the coin counter. As she was doing this it got stuck. So she messed with it even taking it apart. There were two coin stuck together she handed back to me. She finished and came... read more

I have been banking for many years and moved to Texas and decided to give them a chance. Huge mistake. My account was overdrawn unbeknownst to me for not even one full day as my direct deposit hit that next day and they charged me 68.00 in overdraft fees. Most banks do not charge that fee until you have been overdrawn at least a whole 24 hours and I have never seen a bank that didn't offer a ONE time courtesy. I have never overdrawn my account and my account was not overdrawn for even a day yet they say oh well. Definitely p... read more

This bank does not care about its customers. I had been a loyal customer of this bank for 2 years. I applied for an auto loan with this bank, which was a huge mistake. First off my loan was applied wrong. The loan was supposed to be applied as myself alone. But because my mothers name is on my checking account as well as mine, my application was run as myself with my mother as a co-applicant. My mother's credit score is not very good, so that is why I was applying by myself. The loan was also applied for a used car when I wa... read more

Current customer and give this bank’s customer support 0 stars. They get on the phone sound uninterested in your issue and say not to solving just about everything. They bring you in to the bank by marketing they are open longer than other banks but they operate on the same hours actually. I recently had an issue and spoke to the head manager Anna in customer service and she was super rude and laughed on the phone. Threatened to hang up on me and I wasn’t even being rude. This is the second time I’ve experienced this custome... read more

I'm a fairly new customer and if I could give 0 stars I would. I opened an account back in February. I used it only a couple of times. Fast forward, I started my direct deposit from my job to my account. Only to find out that my account was closed due to being in the negative for $27; I called the customer support 4 times and I was told that my account will automatically open back up and I will be able to have access to my money the next available day which would be on Saturday. I'm currently waiting on my OWN money to be av... read more

My wife and I opened this account together. We both have deposits going into the account. I had a planned debit for the amount of $280 that processed early, putting my account into the negative. I quickly called and informed them I was going to deposit money to fix this. The next day I deposited $200, called them and told them I will have another $150 the next business day. They charged me $104 in overdraft fees. There was a subscription fee for $9.99 that I told them I had proof I cancelled. They told me they would remove i... read more

If you bank with this establishment be very weary. This company as a whole is extremely shady. After moving and starting a new job and getting a new bank I finally had time to go here to close the account (I live over 30 minutes away in the opposite direction now which is why I got a new bank) but upon being helped I was notified that the account had been closed and sent to collections. WHAT? When I stopped using the account I had $3.00 in it. The amount that was sent to collections was all fees of about $30 for not using th... read more
