The customer service is just okay, the investigation team is awful. This Bank do not have a manager to speak to concerning the phone actions of their investigative dept. A girl by the nave of ebony, out of anger put a hold on my debit cards, so that I cant use them when she was not supposed to, and made it so that I cant get a debit card, and customer service cant help because their a different department. This bank is a joke. My second stimulus check was deposited in an old account. They said my old account had a negative balance. So my check corrected it. But now I'm still broke. This is BS. The stimulus check was supposed to help with bills and food.

Included in this documentation is the Deposit Agreement governing the Account. Section 36 of this Deposit Agreement outlines “Setoff; Security Interest” which applies in this case.
This bank will not actually investigate fraud charges. After a moving company charged my card without authority, I contacted them with dates and amounts that were taken only to have them do nothing. When I try to contact the "investigation" department, they don't answer or hang up on me. I am out $999 because they just don't care.

I was charged 112.00 for pulling my own money out of savings account they say I get one free pull and them charged 3.50 a transaction robbery I keep majority of my money in my savings so I have no choice but to money out of savings I will never bank with ripoff of a bank again
This is the most frustrating bank EVER. I had set up a transfer with my sister's bank. The transfer was approved. I transferred the money from my First National account. Got an email that it was being transferred. The next day got another email from First National stating that the transfer would not take place. I have banked here for years, as well as worked there for years. Now that I’m a customer I completely understand why everybody was mad all the time. God forbid you have to call in for absolutely anything because it’s a 60 minute hold at minimum. I applied for a loan as I have many times before, sat on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cashed a personal check from my boss earlier in the week, no problem. Decided to use the mobile deposit option for another personal check from my boss, because it is safer, they put a 7 business day hold on my check. That means today is the 2nd of October, I won't receive the money until the 14th. They tell me that because it is the first time using a check from this person, they get to put a hold on it to make sure the money comes in. worst bank institute ever. They steal your money and then act dumb. They'll get involved in shit they don't need to then when you get screwed tell you there's nothing they can do. When it would have been taken care of by now if they didn't get involved. I have never had a more frustrating bank or lost so much money in my life except with them.
