I have had to order 20+ debit cards within the last year. Every month, the bank tellers explain they have sent the card to my address. I have confirmed the address every time, it has never arrived. Thinking it was an issue with the mail service itself, I changed my address on file two more times to that of my relatives- in hopes to receive my debit card. I have never received one. Going into the bank every two weeks since September 2019, it is now August 2020, has been incredibly frustrating. They issue me temporary debit ca... read more

Well where should I begin? I've been replacing debit cards at an alarming rate with these people for almost a month now I keep my account in good standing for the most part. The problem that I am having is that I am not in a service area so I cannot go to a branch everything is done via phone (a joke in itself). So for the last month I've been trying to get a replacement card Everytime I get a new one it shows up dead and they cannot tell me why they say I am doing it even though all's I do is follow the prompts on the 800 n... read more

Worst bank EVER!! DO NOT bank with First National!! I had several accounts with them and let me first say they charge fees for anything and everything! I stopped using my account and started banking elsewhere but kept the account open. Well after not using my accounts in 6 months they closed the accounts. Also supposedly due to inactivity they charged me fees totaling what I had in my accounts just to justify keeping my money.

I opened an checking account in September 2019 and have been having issues since then. Over the months I noticed that unknown activities were assessed on my account. I reviewed the information with the branch staff and thought they would handle the issues. Let's fast-forward to April 2020 when stuff hit the fan. I began receiving unemployment benefits to no avail because there were unauthorized activities on the account. I contacted branch staff to cancel card and received another one. It got worse in May when it turned out ... read more

Where do I begin. Well I have been with this bank for 5 years. I will say they have no loyalty. Please do not do business with this bank. I used to recommend this bank to coworkers but no more. I’m going to do my best to discourage people I know, not to bank with this bank. Well my bank account was compromised. I lost my wallet and I let the bank know immediately. I called told them my checks and cards were in my wallet. They said they would cancel checks and cards. Well I don’t know about you but that didn’t sound like enou... read more
