I scheduled an appointment to purchase a car that I was interested in. Well when I got there after my THREE hour drive I was told the car was at the shop getting fixed. Keep in mind that I let them know a day before I was going in for that specific car & even confirmed my appointment. Poor communication!!! All I got was a dry “sorry”
I came in by chance. They had advertised a Volkswagen I wanted. My son was in Harborview after being airlifted totaling my car as a victim of being hit by a drunk driver. Terrill replied to my email, I told him what I wanted and this deal needed to be via email not even phone calls. I told him that my son was still in Harborview but I needed a car before he came home. He found a way to make it work into my budget for me, he went above and beyond. He walked into one of the worst times of my life and made it a breeze!
I have bed credit and a good job. I wanted a nicer car. Will Ruff was the guy that got the deal done. I knew I'd be paying more because of my credit but not many would even look at me. Will has kept his word and followed though with the little repairs my car has needed. Car dealerships arnt in the business to give cars away so know if your credit is in the toilet,, 1st National can help you to improve it.
