I've been going there for almost 20 years. I've recommended them, so it's fair to say I won't go back. Horrible experience. They said they would take care of the problem and did not. Had to go else where to get the damage taken care of. won't even wear my rings, because I didn't want to draw attention to my nails or hands!!
I got my nails done Sunday night and it looks like it has two weeks of growth. The paint job is all messed up and it just isn’t good.
who sends a tipping client out of their shop saying... Next time we fix?? What about the 3 weeks i have to walk around with them. i expressed i wasnt happy. No 1 offered to fix it.. Seriously thinking of reporting to the better business bourough. Who runs a business like this.

The lady that did the nails was in such a hurry the paint looked horrible, she didn't put a top coat on then left before her nails were even finished drying. We went back the next day to confront them and they said "you nails good" they weren't at all concerned about the customers issues. They were to busy texting and watching sex in the city. This place was by far the worst nail salon we've tried. We will not be return customers..
I absolutely love this place! I've been going here for 17 years and I won't go anywhere else! Kay does the best job, and she listens to exactly what I want����
Absolutely terrible. Filed my nails crooked and painted them badly and when I said something to them 3 of them start yelling at me saying it's because my nail was filled somewhere else. It's not at all. She screwed it up. $18 down the drain. I will never recommend them.
