He's a quack DO NOT see this doctor. My husband went to see him because he was supposedly a specialist in shoulder pain. He didn't even look at my husband's x-rays, and told him he couldn't help him after he decided he wouldn't be able to cut him open and make money doing surgery on him.
worst Dr I ever saw I have never been treated with such total lack of compassion lack of concern. He never gave any eye contact and cut me off everytime I attempted to ask a question. I left in tears and would'nt let him treat my dog. He was rolling his eyes and just acted like we were bothering him. just horrible treatment
Worst Doctor I have ever visited He was very arrogant and did not listen to a word i said, he had his "diagnosis" when he walked in the room. Did not even bother to look in my ears or check my sinus's. He just gave me allergy medicine and shoved me out the door. I went to another doctor and i had a sinus and two ear infections. Last time i checked the Flonase he prescribed me doesn't help either of those condition.
Mrs. Dr Hatton is not a nice caring man, he has a nasty attitude and is not supportive. It has been difficult getting needs met and the staff is just as horrible as he is
Great Hospital This is a community hospital with big city service. They work very hard to provide many quality services that normally are provided in the city, The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hospital is clean and they have a beautiful atrium with live piano music at times. They also provide valet parking.
Great local hospital They are the only hospital I have been to in a few years, but seem to have great care. We had our first child delivered here. The nursing staff is so kind and caring. They were there whenever we needed anything. The security of the infant floor is outstanding. The delivery room is the room that you actually stay in, it just gets converted into a delivery room too. We didn't have any problems with billing. Everything went very smooth and turned out just right.
Awesome Physicians I see Dr. Eric Huerter in Lawrence, Kansas. He is awesome and treats his patients as if there were the only patient he has to see. Takes his time and shows genuine interest in his patient's well-being
Top Notch Care My husband and I both see Dr. Huerter. He is awesome, he takes the time to listen to you and explains things so that you can understand them. His office staff is friendly and helpful. When having to see other practitioners in the office we have been equally impressed with the quality of care.
The Best of the Best! I have been all over the U.S. I am the kind of customer/patient that demands honesty and excellence in businesses no matter what kind, I made my life income from my ability to tell others what "customer service" really means. This little Hospital is really Big in my opinion.
