I won't return They always answer the phone with "Can you please hold". They are a bit slow at the desk. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. I saw Dr. S. Ramberg. I went to him with anxiety, nausea, depression, etc., and he suggested vitamins (which I already take) and hiring a babysitter, without performing any kind of tests or screening, or discussing anti-depressants or counseling. This was not a question of insurance or money, as we have excellent coverage. Very poor in my opinion.

Walk in service I went to First Med today and was seen pretty quickly and was treated very good. I will defiantly be going back. Doctors were very knowledgeable and nice. A+++

Unhappy with service the doctor reassured me that they can be my health care provider. i went in and got a refill but my presciption had ran out and needed a quick refill they will not fax a prescription to my pharmarcy. i am looking for a new health care provider. i guess they only serve urgent care patients. i had made a reservation for my appointment but i am still treated as urgent care. i now realize i need a family care facility, not urgent care.

The important things are good I've been there three times. Last time I waited 3 1/2 hours to see a Dr., and almost passed out in the waiting room. The clerical staff are definitely NOT into customer service, and have zero empathy for sick people. Fill out redundant forms when you can barely sit. But the nurses listen, and pay attention, and the Doctors do also. Never my favorite, but much more cost-effective than an ER visit.

Very Unsatisfactory Although the doctor was good when I finally saw him, trying to get the appointment was an ordeal. The phone is invariably answered with "Can you hold?" and I hung up several times after being left on hold for around 5 minutes. Then, when I did manage to schedule an appointment (nearly two weeks out from when I called) and got to see the doctor it was some 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Finally, as a result of my appointment I got some tests done at the hospital, but I again had to go thro... read more
