Very very kind ladies, not just 2 or 3.. Every employee has been kind and friendly.. My girls love going to the dentist Thanks to First Impressions in Schofield, WI .. Small play area as well and Cartoons for others to watch and play .. clean and fun..
This was such a great experience and exactly what I needed for my boy. They were very accommodating and sensory friendly which made my overall experience even smoother.
The office assured me my daughter’s treatments would be split into two treatments. Upon arrival she ended up staying an hour and when going to pay we found out they did both. I never agreed to this, then I was expected to pay for both. The office woman charged my HSA 3 times in a row and now my account is -600 dollars. This is not the dental care teams fault this is an office admin issue. Totally not cool.
Absolutely love this place and trust Dr. Maggie to treat my kids as she would her own! Exceptional care, communication and attention to detail!
