We cannot get the servicing company to service our loan properly. They're holding our insurance money hostage for repairs to our home!!
Horrible communication. Definitely don't care about helping customers at all.

Run away from this company...as far away as you can. I have never in my life witnessed such utter incompetence as I have seen from this company when my sister was trying to do business with them. The underwriters are beyond clueless, asking for the same documentation over and over again, making up conditions out of the blue, and breaching MY privacy just because I gave my sister a monetary gift towards closing on her first house. If I could give less than one star I certainly would. This has to be the worst most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of trying to do business with. After a month and a half of trying to get the clear to close on our home we finally reached our breaking point and had to pull our file from this company. There should actually be a button for a negative review instead of poor. I started with this company, in the beginning things were going GREAT I might add, I was being emailed, called, and updated on everything. Initially when we started this process my husbands credit score was decent and there were no late payments showing from the one account that he had. We have a 203k renovation loan with this FGMC. Everything was going very well through the construction process. Cristin Turner was handling our loan and was one of the friendliest and most helpful account managers I have ever worked with. However, with our last draw, we find out that she no longer works with the company. The administrative work has been outsourced and they never let us know. After finally finding out about the new outsourcing on my own, we are trying to get our final draw and none of the numbers for the FGMC... read more

Waiting on approval to close on construction to perm loan at the end of the year. The keep asking for paperwork to be submitted mulltiple times. Its submittee within 24 hours of request but takes them weeks to get back to us then ask for paperwork they already acknowledeged they received. FGMC refuses to give us an update as to when it will happen.
