Tim H***** went above and beyond my expectation, he helped me compare rates from other companies and pointed out hidden cost other company was charging me. He explain the process, cost and loan in a way I can understand. I will definitely reach out to him in future for any loan needs. I had a smooth process working with First Federal for my Home Mortgage Loan. The quality and professionalism is top. I am a single mother of two and had my own fears about the process of purchasing a home. I had been looking for a couple of years for the right home (both price and location) to raise my daughters. The whole loan process was seamless. Excellent service from the entire staff particularly N*** K***. Very knowledgeable and the communication was excellent. I was looking to refinance our home with a fixed and a lower rate than I presently had. I was contacted by First Federal Bank of KC talked with Mr, ******* S**** gave him a bit of information and they were able to reduce my rate by 1 1/2 % and give me a fixed rate as well. Very pleasant company to work with.
