Called about a home loan *********************** was very rude and wasted my time.Went to a ******* bank and got loan and saved money and no fees.($3500.00)
I would not recommend ***** for a mortgage company. We used them in the purchase of our new home back in late March. We decided to reamortize our loan immediately after we sold our previous home to lower our monthly payments and remove ***. We were told by our lender that the whole process would take 30-45 days max. We started the reamortizing process April 2 and it is now June 22 and it is still not complete. Nick provided timely and informative information from start to finish. This was by far the easiest transaction involving real estate we have ever encountered. We were a little apprehensive at first using 100% online services due to recent news reports of scams, etc. but the apprehension soon disappeared due to Nick's constant communication, and the Bank's online presence, online reputation, and excellent business portal.

Obtained a mortgage through this bank for NC waterfront home. No problem until hurricane season when delinquent payment from escrow account at bank caused cancellation of flood insurance. Tried to contact mortgage service department by phone and mail without response. Try calling Customer Service and see if you ever get anyone. Totally unresponsive and unreliable service on loan that is directly debited from my local checking account.
