I had a 4 fraudulent transactions charged to my wifes debit card and was never notified by phone, email or got red flagged by first fed. I had to find it myself when I checked our acct online and then had to call bank to turn off cards. Now we have been waiting for over 2 weeks for them to refund our money which is crap. Steve S**** was great i received a lot of calls from many other banks when i inquired about a refinance he was the only one who didn't pressure my wife and i . He was very helpful with any questions we had and gave his cell so when ever we came up with other questions he was right there to answer .
