For the first time I just went through the mortgage loan process and the ladies that I worked with were incredible! Because of them this what could have been very intimidating process was almost made effortless. Not saying we didn’t encounter some unexpected situations, because we did. But I felt we all worked together as a team and accomplished a lot in a short time. Looking back over the process now that it’s over, they did an excellent job in what I thought was a relatively short period of time. Good Job ladies!

The associate who help me with the process of refinancing was very informative. He gave me a complete explanation of my options the pros and cons for what I was eligible for and why I was not eligible for certain other options. He help me thru the process of the best option for me in order to make right decision that best suited my needs. He was honest, professional, patient and very helpful. He did not give up on me. Which is not common in this day and age. Thank you!!
