First Community Mortgage owns Human Mortgage. Their Customer Service Center should be renamed as: Customer NO Service. My house was severely damaged by hurricane Michael. The insurance company made the check for payment of damages to Human Mortgage and me. I signed the check and mailed it to Human Mortgage. It has been four months since the hurricane and I cannot get the mortgage company to release enough money to pay for a new roof or reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses. We understand these types of circumstances are extremely frustrating. We can certainly empathize with the borrower when his insurance claim took 3 months to process and then he appeared to have an additional delay to recoup his money. However, once we learned of the situation, this matter was quickly resolved by First Community Mortgage. We were also glad and relieved to learn that the roof had been fixed prior to the insurance check being sent to FCM for endorsement. Nick and his team absolutely crushed it. We had another lender that couldn't manage to make it happen and we had to switch to Nick one week out from closing! He and his team communicated with us directly and in a timely manner, which was a breath of fresh air after our experience with our prior lender. I highly recommend them to anyone and I guarantee I'll return to do more business with them. Well done all around! P.S. If you plan on trying to out-dress Nick, you better bring your A-game.
