We have had a wonderful experience with this group. In particular, Amy, Dr Sangvi’s nurse is so caring and compassionate. She went out of her way to address each of our concerns. Outstanding!!
We just experienced 2 of the rudest receptionists ever even imagined. They would not have jobs without patients. They insisted that they called and left a msg canceling the appointment we came in for today. We have checked voicemail-there isn’t one on the day they claimed. No apologies were made-they said ‘we aren’t doing this’ when we questioned a wasted trip. Next available appointment is month and a half out. Don’t come here if you need immediate attention or if you want to be treated with caring or respect.
