I would recommend First Class Mechanical to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC assistance. I had a nightmare experience with my hot water heater mfr with a unit under warranty. Tammy was very instrumental in helping me through the process. Our technician Chris has gone above and beyond to get us back in service. Excellent company and staff!
This company was referred to me by another plumber who could not do the job that day. Called them, told them I had no running water, pump not coming on, could they come today. They were here in less than an hour, checked the pump, told me what was wrong, gave me a price on total job. I was satisfied with what was quoted. I called last night at 8:30pm with a blown pressure tank and no water to my house, by 11pm I had water again and a reasonable bill for a Friday evening emergency. Ray was professional and preformed quality, fast work. I will definitely be calling them for future needs. They even came in over $100 less than the estimate.
Thank you 1st Class Mechanical for saving the day , or night as the case might be . No one likes a stopped up toilet at any time of the day , but, when it happened just before bed , let's just say it was not how we wanted to end the day !
