Friday night and the guy came out an hour and a half after I called! it just doesn't get any better than that. took care of the problem and was out before we knew it.
It was great, the guy came out right at the time they said they would and got the job done in a timely manner.
Excellent work! Was able to install things for me and the original issue wasn’t even an issue like a previous company said. On time and really broke thing down for me. Would absolutely recommend!
Eric and Josh came to my home to fix my leaky shower and they did so with ease. Extremely personable and knowledgeable guys. Arrived on time and got the job done in no time. Eric even went the extra mile to call a drywall guy for me so he can come by later this week to repair the drywall that was damaged from the water leak. First Time using First Class Mechanical, highly recommended and I will call them again if I have future issues.
We had some excitement tonight. We came home to no water. We are on a well and apparently our pump decided to stop working. Thanks to First Class Mechanical they came out within 30 mins of calling them and fixed everything and we are back up and running with water again. Thanks again to Gary Dowdy and Mike
The technician who came to service our furnace arrived in a timely manner, was efficient, and courteous. It was a good experience overall. The cost surprised us, as it seemed rather expensive given the time it took him to complete the annual serving of the furnace.
We have always received excellent service from First Mechanical technicians!
