AMAZING Customer Service!
George was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for a tech to come out for a repair on one exterior door. When he came, I remembered other door/lock issues I was having, and he took the time to address each and every one. He ended up fixing 5 exterior doors and providing recommendations for 2 interior doors. He showed up on time and made sure I was happy with the results prior to leaving. Excellent service! I highly recommend them!
They changed out the keyhole for my business and did a great job!! Fast and professional!
I needed a part for my 60 year old deadbolt. I went to other locksmiths and they advised me to buy a new one which would have required me to redrill the door hole and have it re-keyed. George spent the time to fiind one in his used parts inventory and I was "home free".
