My experience with First Class Auto was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I chose First Class after reading their reviews and knowing that I don't have great credit, so I was hoping they could help me out. I was there for 3 hours 'waiting for bank approval' (I thought it was buy here pay here?), only for them to tell me it would take the rest of the day to hear back, and they'd call me that evening. *the car I was interested in was based on $1000 down, which I had. i have had a great experience with this dealership cars are very clean and no problems in whatsoever i highly recommend this place
If I could put negative stars I would. First class auto group is the furthest thing from First class. I have experienced the worst 6 months of my life going back and forth with this dealership. First they sell me a car that they don’t even have the title for and never thought to inform me of that only after 6 months and 4 different PAPER license plates. Purchased a Nissan rouge 2019 and it has been a nightmare i don’t recommend this place DEC 2019 have taken the car to get work already 4 times
