Dont bother looking for vehicles at this dealership. They are dishonest and greedy. They purchase unsafe, defective vehicles at private auctions then install tires and polish the car up to hide defects. When problems are discovered they send the vehicle to their local repair shop partner to dismiss any safety issues as a problem and give the vehicle a clean bill of health. Being over 70 years of age and still playing with a full deck, I have come to the conclusion that these guys are better than most dealers. I have owned over 30 vehicles for personal as well as business purposes, and I can honestly say that I am glad to have found them. Car buying, at best, is an exchange of funds between two parties. Every move should be agreed on, and on paper, and signed for by both parties. This way all intentions are expressed and recorded. Buyer beware - They will do everything possible not to honor their 30 day/1000 mile warranty. My car developed issues just a few days after purchasing. The symptoms could point to a major issue or something simple so I called up First city. I was immediately met with hostility and they threw every excuse in the book as to why they would not be helping me out in any way. They stopped returning my calls after that. My rating is solely on the salesman but mostly the office person who handles the purchase paperwork. I've purchased a lot of cars over the years and never felt so much stress and anxiety as I did dealing with this individual. My biggest regret is not backing out of the purchase when given the chance to do so. A word of advice .. if something doesn't feel right don't do it. You'll only regret it and nothing can be done. Negotiated purchase of a vehicle based on their add and the vehicle options - vehicle showed as having a rear entertainment system. After taking possession of vehicle discovered that it did not have that feature. Their response was oops website error. From reviews looks like they have alot of oops happen. Wonder how many others on the lot have an oops. Also, after purchase received nice thank you email from president stating if any issues to email him directly. I wish that there was a way to leave no stars this establishment takes pride in stealing peoples money. I bought a 2017 Nissan on October 28, 2021 and by January 2022 the transmission was gone in the vehicle and first and they refuse to help a single bit, upon entering and telling them about my issue the person who sold me my car said "oh yeah, it does have a CVT transmission doesn't it?" I have done business with First City for 15 years personally spending over $83,000 of which $38,000 was paid in cash, I have referred over $48,000 in sales to them of which $10,000 was paid in cash. I went to trade in a Toyota Highlander that I bought from them, they tell me I owe too much on it for the deal to go through which means I paid too much when I bought it from them.
