Don't get me wrong. The people are wonderful. Truly act like they want to help. However, the actual banking services and procedures are incredibly ridiculous! Before yesterday, FirstCitizens was already into my pocket for just over $300 (can't remember the exact amount). This was due to their ancient and outdated software and computer systems.
