I have banked here for as long as I can remember. The tellers are always so friendly and very helpful.
We enjoyed a great girlfriends' mystery trip in April 2016 visiting the twin cities and Stillwater, MN. Our foursome included two mother/daughter pairs. Randy and Jane planned a variety of fun activities. We were willing to participate in more 'active' activities, but realize some travelers cannot. Would be attending the trip in April, but have other plans that week end. Sigh!
I want to share my story on how First Citizens Bank gave me counterfeit bills that I didn't know was fraudulent until I tried to deposit the funds through a teller at BOA the same day in within a 9 min window. BOA confiscated the bill and it was not replaced by BOA or First Citizens Bank. The First Citizens Bank is located on Indian Trail in Norcross, GA. I recommend nobody go to this bank and Secret Service was notified and a police report was filed.
Best bank around, great peaple they go out of there way to help every one!
