I just had a great experience with the Maitland location. Jessica answered some key questions for me on the phone and her manner solidified my decision to go in. I was promptly assisted by Jessica for intake and x rays then seen by Eric Mason. PA. Very caring and clear. Left there with a temporary cast and a referral to an ortho. Even wheeled me out to my car and ensured my safe entry. Good people.

If I could give zero stars I would. Girl at counter was unprofessional, lazy, disrespectful, and rude. Terrible place to go to when you are sick or hurt. Sent emails and responded on fb but seems nobody cares how poorly we were treated. We will never go here again. Sad because we live right down the block from Oviedo urgent care.
Amazing staff!!! I was very sick and short on time. They were friendly and thorough. I had problems locating my insurance card and benefits. Alex made several phone calls and straightened everything out. She even entertained my unruly kids and was an absolute delight. The PA, Mark was very patient and listened to my symptoms carefully during the examination. He provided thoughtful diagnosis and treatment plan. I am very grateful to get the help that I needed.
