We're an established wholesale company in South Florida, we've been dealing with closings in the Tri County: West Palm, Broward, and Dade county. We've never worked with such an unprofessional closing company. Very disappointing at what they did and how mischievous they where with their client. Context: We have a property under contract that we are assigning to a buyer, the buyer happened to be someone affiliated with this company.
